By using tradergoods.us or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $24.99 per item. We may cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Product use and safety

Minibikes, dirt bikes and e-bikes are motorized vehicles that carry inherent risk of injury. Always wear a helmet and protective gear, follow the manufacturer's age, weight and safety guidelines, and supervise children at all times.

Shipping and returns

Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days within the US. All sales are final; returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty items and only after we approve your claim (email us with photos), in which case we provide a prepaid return label. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

Warranty

Products are covered only by any manufacturer warranty that comes with them. Except as required by law, products are sold "as is" without other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Goods is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
