Shipping

• Flat $24.99 shipping per item, charged at checkout.
• We ship to addresses in the United States only.
• Orders ship directly from our supplier. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
• Most bikes arrive mostly assembled; some require attaching the front wheel and handlebars.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, except for damaged or faulty items.

Damaged or faulty items

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order details and clear photos (and a description of the problem) showing the damage or fault, plus the packaging.
2. We will review your claim.
3. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
